statistics

I heard on the radio this morning some really unsettling stats about the United States as we move further to the right, you know, the political side that touts family values and morals

we are number 28 on infant mortality (there are 27 countries that have lower infant mortality rates then us, this also includes Cuba)

of all the People in Jail in the world, 25% of them are in the united states

Of all the indulstrialized nations in the world, we work almost 2 months more, and yet have one of the lowest worker productivity we havn't bean on top since 1950

of all the industrialized countries in the world, we have the highest Poverty rate

of all the Industrialized nations, we have the highest crime rate.

Of all the Industrialized nations, we have the lowest K-12 education scores

YUP, its clear, the country is headed in the right direction..
