So Many Ideas, yet none come to mind

Its funny, over the last week I had so many little things come up that I thought I should blog about, but now that I am sitting here, none are comming to mind and unfortunetly it isn't like the buddist with the quiet mind, this is like the writer block with the quiet mind.. there is a big difference. I suppose I should fill in with events in the last week and maybe that will bring it out.. Last Sunday I went RollerSkating, I thoroughly enjoyed myself, when I walked in, I wasn't sure what to expect, although I don't beleive I have ever skated there, it still felt so familiar like a part of my childhood, I vivedly remember events in that rink, but I think my memories are from somewhere else.. I went there for Irish-girls Birthday which I thought it was a great idea to have the party there, I wonder how much a roller rink rents for for an evening, might be fun to do some sort of private event there.. anyway, it was really interesting, I didn't know many of the people invited and being the introvert that I am, at first, I was feeling very awkward not sure if I should skate or sit.. and then as the evening got going, I started talking to people (and I appologize because I can't remember anybodys names) and feeling more at home.. I love it when you get together with friends of friends and discover that the things you enjoy about your friends company expands to their circle of friends and family like you really do fit somehow and aren't just the odd one out. This weekend I managed to do some relaxing and some socializing, tonight I went and saw the Last Samari with Tom Cruise, I really enjoyed the movie, It really was an epic.. I watched some of the State of the Union Address, I think its funny when the president gives a speach have you ever noticed that he smirks before each paragraph, as if he is thinking one of 2 thoughts 1) they are going to love this next part, I'm going to win the crowd with this one. Or 2) I can't beleive that the American people are actually buying this crap. personally I believe the latter. I do not understand why that man hasn't bean impeached, it was such an outrage for our president to lie about an infidility, but its alright to lie about war.. I just don't understand our society.

Well, with all that said, I suppose I wrote something afterall, it isn't any of the earth shaking comments that I think i was thinking about as the thoughts were passing, but it was still something none the less.

Food Eaten: this last week I made Chili, Pasta, Shepards Pie, and Cheese Fondu
Music Listened to: Praga Kahn, Cherrie Blue, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, The Cure, Sisters of Mercy, Love and Rockets, and Fischerspooner
Moral of the day (week) : there is nothing you can do to change the passage of time, but you can time the change of the passages.
