so VH1-C is playing a video show called the Alternative, it is so refreshing to hear an eclectic collection of music let alone see the music videos for them. The episode that played last night had Paul Westerberg, Nitzer Ebb, Jesus and Mary Chain.. amont others.. the week before played Joy Division and Depeche Mode.. yes, its mostly 80's and early 90's music, but its just such a change from the same 10 artists that get so overplayed. The other nice thing is they may play a band that gets play, but they play an abscure song by them. very nice to put on in the background while working on other projects.

Does anyone Remember Worm Soda or something like that, I just have a vague memory of going to Arnolds Park as a kid, probably around 1976 and going to a vending machine and getting a can of worm Soda, it was a white can with worms on it, I did a search on the internet, but amazingly couldn't find it. Have I actually stumbled uppon the one item that doesn't have a website dedicated to it.. It has taken me 10 years to find it, but I think I have. News in my life since updating to MT 3.01D Lets see, I think I have my house sold, I have the truck rented to move out on Sept 4 (happy birthdy to me) so look out friends, I'm going to be calling upon you. and Michells pregnant belly grows well.

2 great bits of news, the first is I finally got my blog server updated and I must say that Movable type 3 is so much nicer, its nice to not be inundated with so many spam links.. at the end I had a period of probably 2 weeks where I must have gotten 2000 links that I had to go through and remove one by one.. what a pain.. there are still some little things I'm working on learning with this new software, but still, what an improvement, and a hugumongo Thanks goes to Jeremy for helping finalize my update, he figured out where I was having troubles with my update.
and Second great bit of news is that I actually beat Jeremy with a posting about an amazing apple product/ offer. Apple is now selling the Production Suite, a bundle of FinalCut Pro HD, DVD studio Pro, and Motion, all for the Low Low price of $1299, now, I know sounds like alot of money, but when you consider you get 3 software titles which if purchased individually would cost $1800 its pretty amazing, or if you already have FinalCut, you can update for $699, which isn't as good of a deal, you only save $100 over individual purchase..Check it out
