collecting batteries.

I learned the strangest thing today.. one of Michelles cousins used to have a battery collection.. I coulnd't get much more out of it then that, but I can just see it now.. here's a 9volt, I found it in the street.. its an energizer.. ooooooooh.. sorry, I hope I havn't hurt the feelings of any battery collectors out there, it is just the strangest hobby I have ever heard of. Not only that, but kind of dangerous.. you would end up with all these coroding batteries.. hey, here is a 12 volt out of a pacer.. oooooooh . I am finding that life in my new office is strange.. I don't know when the day ends.. I have all this sun and I have all this energy and at 5:45 in my office the sun is setting and I just lost time. anyway.. not much of a day here today.. not much to say.. I didn't mean to rhyme, it just happens some times.

Music Listened to: again with that silly VH1 classics channel.. tonight it was Beastie boys, OMD, Night Ranger, Flock of Seagulls, and not that one song that gets over played, another one. I listened to my new Rammstein album, and tomorrow a new ministry album comes out.. I'm tempted, even though their last couple of albums have kind of stunk.. by the way, in case you were wondering. and curious, Dokken is on the road with White Snake, and Erasure is back on the road, and they are touring a new album.

Dinner EAten: HOme Made roasted vegetable and corn soup.. mmmmmm with home made buttermilk biskettes.

Moral of the day: When the bullet hits the bone, you are now stepping in the twilight zone.

that battery thing is really peculiar. I have some old ones I could donate.

I don't see anything peculiar or strange about it. Obviously, some people just don't have the capacity (hee hee) to enjoy this wonderful and rewarding hobby. I have to keep going now................

I also have a battery collection ( over 1700 pcs. I would be happy to get in touch with the battery collector (Michelles cousin).

I found some old batteries in my dads estate and Im trying to fine some info on them. They are Magnavox C size, 1.5V and appear to be rather old. The interesting thing about them is that they are in extraordinary condition having no corrosion or deterioration of any kind. They are bright turquoise and quite lovely to look at. The marking on the bottom says 052 M. Can anyone help. I have pictures.
