Well, Christmas was a good day, I got some movies and some cloths and a shower radio. I gave Michelle this bean bag thing, I think that I am most excited about that, as is she, its called a lovesac and it is filled with foam, it takes a couple of days for the foam to fully expand, but judging by the size know, I don't know how much more it can expand. Anyway, I am off to bed, I don't want to go to work tomorrow, at least it is thursday and the week is almost over. Hope you all have had a wonderful day..
Music listened to.
Lots of christmas music, Ultimate christmas, celtic christmas vol. 1 and 2, Christmas drums (caribean christmas music). and The Fixx, it was an album I gave Michelle.
Moral to the day (a carry over from yesterday)
make sure you put a new bag in the kitchen garbage when you are putting clues to your wifes scavenger hunt under the kitchen sink, she might stumble upon it before its time. Or When skinny dipping, avoid lakes with leaches.
Have you seen a Corda-Roy's beanbag? They use the same foam, but have beds inside and cost less! I just purchased one and it is much better than my LoveSac. Check them out.

I have a cordorys and it looks like my great aunt's skin after spending 45 minutes in the bath tub! And it's orange! It is butt ugly!

My friend got a LoveSac and it rocks!
Posted by: Jimmy on February 7, 2003 06:03 PMWayne and Jimmy sound a lot like fags. Who would buy something called a LoveSac?! Someone who lives with his aunt obviously.
Posted by: Ray Jones on May 6, 2003 11:23 PMIn case you people haven't noticed, those so-called LoveSacs cost a fortune and don't have beds inside. If you paid $400 for a stupid bag of foam, no matter what it's called and what it's covered with, you're crazy! Buy a Corda-Roy's bag.
Posted by: tres white on May 6, 2003 11:29 PMHave you heard that Corda-Roy's just signed a deal with Budweiser? They are rising to the top quickly!
Posted by: Roy on May 6, 2003 11:33 PMYou guys should all calm down. My advise: Just go with the one that you like the most. I have a Cordaroys bag and I love it.
Posted by: Sharon on May 6, 2003 11:39 PMMy LoveSac came in the mail and was like a block of firmly-packed snow. It took 3 of us to break up the foam and finally we sat on this limp, piece of sh*t. I sent it back and they charged me a restocking fee! Give me a break!
Posted by: Jen on May 6, 2003 11:43 PMAll this LoveSac bashing sounds like it is coming right out of the mouth of a Cordaroys owner. (hmmmmm, something to think about) I have a LoveSac and it is awesome. If MTV loves them, then I do too.
Posted by: Holly Windel on May 23, 2003 05:53 PMI love my lovesac. Haven't seen the cordaroys so I can't judje which one is better but its hella comfortable and has never been limp. Perhaps you didn't let it fluff up completely as it comes with all the air sucked out.
As for calling a lovesac owner a fag, I think its obvious that you are not comfortable enough in your manhood. I am a very heterosexual male and I am able to hang out with "fags" without fear of having my manhood or sexuality questioned. Its ignorant people like you Ray Jones that make me lose faith in people. I will pray that enlightenment will come to you.
I checked out the cordaroys website to find out what you mean when you said about them having beds in them. It is the equivalent of a bed in stuffing, not an actual bed. The way it is worded suggests that there is some kind of bed inside it. I bought a lovesac because it is extremely comfortable and the store I bought it from said that if mine wasn't filled to my liking, they have extra filling at the store I can have at no extra cost. They also have a better choice of colors and fabrics. Anyways, I'm very happy with my purchace which is all that truly matters. Don't let other people tell you that you made a mistake if you are happy with whichever bag you buy because its you that matters, not them. Everyone, enjoy your lovesac or cordoroy.
Posted by: angry johnny on May 26, 2003 10:21 PMI love my lovsac. i looked and looked for somethig to put in my trailer home. when I saw lovsac I could tell they were made for trailers.
Posted by: Carl on May 27, 2003 12:54 PMafter waiting three weeks for deliver of our 6ft lovsac, we are notified today that it was never sent. Terrible job Lovsac co.,
Posted by: v dun on September 12, 2003 03:09 PMLovesac's are the real deal. A chair, guest bed, chick magnet, the uses are limitless. Anyone who has purchased furniture can see that at 4 bills this is a steal. Gauranteed action unless you live with the rents still. (kinda Sad). These things kick Butt over Corduroys, which are a sad excuse for furniture. People had better realize Lovesac's faithful followers are out in force and can't be stopped. Lovesac in the White House BABY!

The Corda-Roy's DOES have an actual bed inside. It is a beanbag that you can open up and use as a bed also. They come stuffed a little more than that lovesuc which gives you the opportunity to take more foam out if it is too firm for you. It is less expensive, and also has a LIFETIME warranty. If anyone has any questions about either product please email and ask me or call my store. I am the owner and manager of Corda-Roy's Originals in Independence, Missouri.
Posted by: Jason on November 13, 2003 07:28 PMNOTHING is better than my Lovesac. And what other piece of furniture comes with a lifetime guarantee and a machine washable cover????? They are extremely comfortable and even more durable. I don't think I will ever buy anything else again.
Posted by: Nessa on December 1, 2003 03:29 AMCordaRoys Vs LoveSac-
I was looking for a bean bag chair for my 6 year old daughter because it was the only thing she wanted for Christmas. I am in the Bay Area (Ca) and went into a LoveSac store and loved their chairs but decided the price was to high to pay for a beanbag chair for a six year old. I was glad to find this site and an alternative to the expensive LoveSac. I called Corda-roys, spoke to the owner who guaranteed if I was not happy, I could send it back for a full refund. I didn't really want to hassle with a return if I made a bad decision, but he sounded genuine that felt his product would meet my expectations after spending quite a bit of time with me on the phone. (that alone deserved the sale, I can be very annoying w/my indecisiveness and pickyness endless questioning. After I ordered, I was having second thoughts thinking it wasn't going to be as nice as a LoveSac.
It arrived in the mail in two boxes, I opened the cover and was very happy with the fabric & color, quality. The cord is thinner and looks very nice, not at all how someone described it as wrinkled. It wasn't wrinkled at all, and washed up very nicely.
I think the best thing I liked about it was the shape. The LoveSacs are like a awkward round shape which is not as athestically pleasing as the puck shape of the Cordaroys. The Corda-roys looks a lot nicer and is more evenly shaped. Its hard to describe, but if you look at the Lovesac and then look at Corda-roys you can see what I mean. The Corda-Roys Queensize appears the same size or bigger to me than the 5 ft LoveSac. I was concerned it would be too small because Corda-roys calls their Queensize a 4ft. I believe the diameter on the LS is 42 and the dia on the Cord is 48, so the Corda-roys is bigger.
I chose to write because I feel the above comments really did not help me with my choice and so I hope others that are looking who also want to purchase but don't want to spend 300.+ will consider Corda-roys. You can get a nicer bag for much less cash and the added bonus of a spare bed. Email with any Questions, if you would like to see it, I can send a picture or you can stop by and check it out after Christmas. Only problem I had is I thought I could hide it from my daughter in a large garbage bag and its too big.l
Bottomline-
I am thrilled with my purchase of the Queen size Cordaroys chair with the Queen size bed inside and for 200.00 feel like I got a nicer chair and saved myself over 100.00 over the price of the Lovesac which doesn't look nearly as nice.
hi my name is wayne vaughan. im from boulder co. lovesac's rule i have a 5 foot lovesac in my room and i love it. im goin to get a 6 foot lovesac in my room. im a big fan of lovesac's. i go to faltions crossing shopping mall to the lovesac store and i help them out. and i hang out at the lovesac all the time. please e-mail me back at bwaynev@earthlink.net just for girls age's 24 and up that has a lovesac can only e-mail me ok. from wayne vauhan. pg go lovesac's
Posted by: wayne on December 29, 2003 06:43 PMI saw the love sacs at the mall here in San Diego and thought that they were awesome. I think that my kids had more fun in the store than I did.
I know that I have a problem with impuls buying, but I also like to really know what Im buying and make sure that it is a worthwhile quality product. The price on them was a little steep for something so simple. So I went home and looked them up on the net, ebay, and all the other sites that I thought I could find one cheeper. In turn I found 2 other bags that seemed of equal quality, the cordaroys, and poof/foof chairs. I wrote all three of them comments asking for differences between them and the others. I got replys from the other two but nothing from love sac. After many e-mails later and much debate I chose the cordaroy. I could have gotten the poof chair cheeper, but a bed in the bag put it over the edge for me. Plus the cordroys seem to have a better warrantee / guarantee.
When I get my bag tomorow, trust me that I will make a visit to the mall to see which one I like better. If I think that the cordaroy bag is lacking I will go back and buy the poof chair. As for love sac they lost out, I believe that your customer service is as good as your product. I still have not heard anything from them after a month and thinking of that 200% mark up kinda makes me cringe. So sorry love sac

I LOVE MY 5 FOOT LOVESAC A LOT AND I USE MY 5 FOOT LOVESAC AS A BED AND I SLEEP ON IT EVERY NIGHT . FROM WAYNE.
I got a corda-roy for Christmas and it's GREAT- I go to FSU, and it definately comes in handy when people spend the night and need a place to crash. It's SO comfortable we all call it the womb :o) I got my king corda-roy for half the price of a lovesac... that alone is great to a poor college student. What's also awesome about a corda-roy is that you can change the color of the outter covering if you decide to change a theme of a room. I love it!
